Walked into store no greeting. I approached staff explained batteries needed replacement on two of my watches. She handed me a card ,told me to come back in 15min. I came back and spoke with an older women again no greeting, both staff lacking any form of enthusiasm asked me for me card very snappy! Told me she could only replace one said couldn't replace the other. When asked why? She replied just couldn't... I replied "sooo no explanation?...than she replied the back was too tight? I'm like so you just give up? Hands me my watches no polish, no smile, no thank you for your business, nothing. This is my 2nd and last time dealing with this older women. Poor customer service.

Me to I had the same experience in the store but worst there is two females that work in the store and they both should be fired I been buying watches off of TAT since the 80’s and never experience the brutal disrespect that i had today one woman is Light skinned chubby bushy hair with bad teeth and the other girls is mean looking nasty with a wig on and I’m sorry to describe them but they like to argue with customers and talk to us like were in the streets don’t waste your money in that store and keep in mind they hide the refund policy
