I came in last week to get a banner for my new small business. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the best material to get. I was a little stressed because I needed it by the weekend and than BOOM they told me to come back in a couple hours to pick it up. The banner was EVERYTHING I could of asked for and more! Thank you to the staff for the patience and guidance. The banner really made my pop-up shop POP! :) will be back for anymore of my small business needs for sure!

I've had great experiences with two people here I think the first guy is Richard (Glasses and long black hair) and most recently Jess in the copy department. Richard heard all my questions regarding trying to find a writing instrument that would write on plastic in a wet environment. It doesn't exist, but he walked me through options that may work and he really did try to think of all the options, I appreciated that. Recently I tried to get 2 copies of something quickly from one of you help yourself kiosk's which fail miserably, besides the advertisement, pre-charge, then not reading the usb drive on 2 different machines I was about to be late. Jess noticed I was having an issue jumped on the pc and got me taken care of in under a minute. I'm thankful. When you hire someone these are the people you're looking for. On a side note when did printers become luxury items? I hate comcast and now Epson, equally. I want to clarify the employees ive dealt with are superb 5/5, quality/ease of printing kiosks 0/5, store cleanliness 5/5.

Came in today to get some pictures printed I was taking care of the first time same kind of rush though came back again two seconds later asked to print out three more different pictures, bald guy behind The counter gives me a bullcrap response and very unprofessional that he doesn’t have time for this he has an express order. so be careful when you come in make sure you ask for someone else that can attend you and actually provides customer service without the ignorance.

Just horrible customer service. I came here 10 minutes before closing to print document on a few pages and the lady at printing section refused, saying “We’re closing. You can come tomorrow.” Are you serious, guys?! I needed to print document on a few pages, it takes 2 minutes max. Once I came to FedEx 2 or 3 minutes before closing and they provided me with all the service I needed.
