This place is awesome and really cares about their clients. Most of the housing techs are great. My recovery team was phenomenal. My therapist Was very hands on in my recovery process. The alumni coordinator was very helpful and my case manager worked digently on my discharge plan and found me a halfway house to continue my recovery process. I'm currently working a job, paying my bills and going to my meetings faithfully. If you want to get clean and sober I highly suggest this facility but you have to do the step work. Recovery is not given it's earned and that's one of the many things All in Solutions have taught me. I have learned a vast amount of knowledge since I have been here. We were helped by Derrick Morgan at "All In Solutions" . He was nice on the phone and is super helpful at the time of need with getting treatment. However, this company and their affiliate counseling center (Divine Detox in Simi Valley, CA) will not help or call back after treatment. Derrick at "All In Solutions" told us that FMLA would be filed. My fiancé's employer was never notified and is not being allowed to return to work without a medical release. Devine Detox is not returning our messages asking for help. All In Solutions is putting the blame on Divine Detox and is no longer responding to emails or calls. Until we have a medical release, we are unable to return to work. No one wants to help. I would HIGHLY recommend other treatment centers. UPDATE: 9/23/22: In response to the owners response. Divine Detox is a DBA of Adjustment Family Services. We only worked with ALL IN SOLUTIONS, DIVINE DETOX and ADJUSTMENT FAMILIY SERVICES. So the owner response is not accurate as DIVINE DETOX and ADJUSTMENT FAMILY SERVICES are sister companies. The paperwork was NEVER filed. By any of the 3 entities. Regardless of how this owner wants to spin it. ALSO - All In Solutions directly (on the phone in a time of need and vulnerability) told us that my fiancé would still receive her pay while out because they got it "approved" through FMLA. They also said that she would receive a paycheck while she was away. This was because FMLA protects her and requires her to still receive pay. This is what we were told. Just to find out that it is not the case. She still received her pay while away, but only because the paperwork was not filed. Now her pay is being garnished by her employer for the time she was paid, but never worked as she was in treatment. All In Solutions is a scam. They are NOT a treatment center. They only tell you lies to get you to commit for treatment, then they charge a premium to the treatment center who they place the patient with. They are al 3rd party sales company. Nothing more. Treatment centers should not work with them. Potential new customers/patients should not work with them. Ultimately we were naïve and ignorant to the process. What is sad is that we were taken advantage of in a time of need. In a time where we were putting our trust and faith in the "experts". ALL IN SOLUTIONS are not experts in this field. They will lie to get you to commit to treatment.
