Got what I needed! It’s all about getting what you put into it. Went back in 2018 then went to Florida for PHP treatment then came back home. Sunrise saved my life. Bruce is the man if you don’t like what’s for dinner etc he will do his best to make ya something you like. Most of them are very accommodating! If I ever need a another detox God forbid I don’t I’ll most def go back to sunrise and will send anyone I know in need of help.. keep on keeping on !

I was here over a year ago, actually memorial day 2021. I had an excellent experience while here and couldn't say enough positive things about the staff, ALL of them, Nurses, counselors, Cooks, housekeeping.... Everyone!! The people on here complaining about their cellphone and other trivial issues like a pen were obviously not there for the help they needed, rather a judge or parents order most likely. Bottom line is anyone with a little common sense knows the security risks that patients having cell phones poses to the staff, other patients and the whole building. I just wanted to point out certain things that people reading these reviews and getting ready to make a life changing (positive) decision to get healthy and get their life back need to consider. No place will make everybody 100% happy, but if you go there and are genuine about wanting to win the battle and get your life back on track, these folks and this place are a great way to start!! Stay strong and keep on keeping on!!

Didnt go through the whole admission. Once i found out theres no private rooms, and they lock all your belongings up. Including your phone! Like wow is this a detox or a prison! Smh i left immediately. Find a more comfortable place.

depends on substance and use

Does this facility accept new patients at this time? How long is the normal stay? And does Sunrise accept Medicare/AARP?

Yes, they accept new patients all the time. Normal stay is like 7 days. Give them a call and I'm sure they can answer all your questions.

Do you have any male beds open in your cherry Hill location right now? I just got out of Tom's River but unfortunately relapsed and what like to return before it gets out of hand

This can only be answered over the phone... people are constantly in and out as they get treated. They run 24 hours per day so it's easy to get in when there is room.

How long is the detox

It depends on your treatment

My wife will be admitted to Sunrise tomorrow for a 10 day treatment. Are visitors allowed during the 10 day treatment.

I can't answer for anybody else but privacy laws protect you when you're inside. You gets to decide what if anything they can say to anyone else (even your wife lol) and they can't even say that they can't say. No way I'd let family visit me but also I would never say that to my family members... I'd just refuse to permit visits and nobody would ever know.
