I didn't want to believe all the one star reviews but they are accurate. I reserved a cab for 8:30am using card as payment. At 8:30am there's no taxi. Instead I get a call confirming the location and that I'm using cash for payment. I told the driver we were supposed to be picked up at 8:30 and that I'm using a card. He replied that I can just find another cab and hung up. Do not use this service if you need to be on time or want any professionalism.

Never can get one at anytime and don't be oit there at a store passed 7pm you will never get picked up cab uber.

January 27,2022, approximately ar 11:30. I was picked up at 4000 coliseum drive, Hampton VA. Cab #238 driver have a nasty attitude.Non professional.Van was dity inside withcigarettes smoked smell.No mask, wreckless driving. Watching a video show while driving. And over charge the fare. I never want this driver business again. He need to be fire. Dr. Mark Benton

I see why Uber and Lyft get all the business. I've taken cabs in other places. They need to come here and show them how it's done! Dispatch is a disaster! Another customer and i waited almost 3 hours! I caught a cab at the local Walmart. The driver checked his computer. Thats why the driver was sitting outside Walmart to catch fares. Nothing was coming over his computer. Said no fare was issued so he took us! This was before Covid and its gotten worse! Even if you schedual a ride, especially after 8pm. There is no guarantee! I've been left stranded twice! I understand on the weekends or holidays it can be hectic but sometimes it is outrageous! To the ones that do come I thank them and tip generously!
