One star only because 0 isn't an option. This place is a mess. I called this morning at 9am and was told I could only be seen by a doctor virtually because I have a cough. I was very clear that my cough was due to my asthma and I didn't want a virtual appointment because Ive tried this previously and the doctor stated he couldnt listen to my lungs over the phone. Therefore he was not able to prescribe the medication I need so he couldn't help me. Still I was only allowed to schedule a virtual visit for 11am.. as i expected the virtual visit didnt go well actually didn't go at all because the doctor never sent the link to my phone so that i could connect to the virtual appointment. I called the office at 11:06am and they said that the doctor was with an in person patient and he would send the text soon. At 11:50am i called again and they told me the doctor left for lunch. Meanwhile im just wasting my time because the doctor left for lunch while im waiting on his call. So i went to the office. Its one company located in 2 different buildings. The one office that has the pharmacy located in its lobby, is exceptional. They are polite and will try to help you. Their professional. However the other office with Jenn as the supervisor is horrible. Jenn was extremely unprofessional. The whole time she blamed me that something was wrong with my phone. Its so frustrating when someone makes a mistake and can't take responsibility for their actions. Jenn needs to learn how to speak to people. After this I went over to the main office and the doctor Theresa was able to help me right away. She was wonderful and was able to get me the medication I needed for my asthma.

Have problems getting refills on prescriptions. Answering service will not let you speak with the doctor on the weekends for an emergency refill on prescription. I had Covid my daughter called for a prescription to help lessen the flue. Was told by someone in the office didn't have any thing to help. Couldn't help me.I had to call my respiratory doctor to get help. I am not happy with this facility I like my doctor but I will be looking for some place other than Aza Health.

Why? Can u explain
What kind of a clinic has no phone???
They have been having trouble with their phone system. It was supposed to be fixed last week
No.
I'm Sorry to hear that...report him to the state? Everyone had a right to be treated with respect...but ESPECIALLY medically!
Which Aza there are several
If I can, could I please ask what Dr it was that you had seen? Since there are 2 separate buildings at Aza Health: building #1455, and building #1425; there are different Doctors at these facilities. Dr. Benitez's sees his patients at his office in building #1425. I am aware that recently he's lost a couple of his staff members, who were pretty amazing if I might say, and now has a couple of new staff members, who are still in the learning process. I believe there is another Doctor that sees patients in building #1455, however I'm not exactly sure about that building/office since I've never been seen by a "Doctor" there. However, I've had some blood work done by a very kind, caring, and sweet nurse. I also go to that building each time to pick up my prescriptions as well. Also, I believe your comment was cut off before it had a chance to finish, I'd like to see what you wrote if you don't mind. I am just a patient, but I am concerned
Yes, quite. Rather a long lunch I'd say! Good day darling.
8am 6pm. But call them but I do now they open at 8am
Love it
That's just how they seem to operate.
yes in the case of Medicaid they will help you register for the Medicaid vendor they are currently accepting. For example Staywell at this time subject to change in future.
Start calling them at 7:30 , 7:45 and keep calling and you'll get in the same day. They are really good about getting you in as soon as possible. I've never had a hard time getting in.
Don't know it does take Wellcare/staywell
It's a sliding scale income based clinic.
Yes they do but you will have to go there personally to set an appointment. Phones are not workinand have not for about three months now (according to the receptionist).
They never answer their phones!#@&!!!
Is that an out of state insurance?
They do accept Medicaid and I do think they are taking new patients but I'm not positive on that
I called another one of their clinics and their phones are not working I'm like as big a company as this is and their phones cannot be fixed? OMG
Yes they do
Yes depending on the one you've got.
