They have been having trouble with their phone system. It was supposed to be fixed last week
Keeping in mind they are a Medicaid and sliding scale fee type of facility it might also be that they are overwhelmed. I'm thinking people in person are taking precedence over phone calls at times...and then in addition to issues with their phone system it seems like they never answer...good luck...hope that you get thru!
The best time to reach them IF the phone's are working is to call at 8am. I too was told that the phone system was being worked on. I personally don't think it takes that long to fix it. You might be better off going there in person like I did 3 times last week. Good luck.
