Stay away if you can that's if you care about your overall health and safety. Close to the shopping mall but it does not outweigh the health risks, and safety of living here! Once a garbage dump and still treated like it! Management is quite unprofessional and 5 years with the same office issues. Multi Billion dollar company with clearly no money spent to manage their office effectively! Stay away if you can it will benefit you in the long run!!!! 2022 COVID-19 and all its mutations are here to stay!!!! Children don't deserve second hand smoke, neither do good paying tenants, and non-smoking responsible adults!!!!! My initial review was a while back and still holds true in 2022!!! Management has offered me empty promises with no mutual agreement for 6 years!!!! This is not to say there haven't been improvements just not enough to continue to live well here!

the application is made by Internet you have to create an account and update your data if necessary, keep in mind that each apartment is according to your income, attached to the list of apt is the amount of income you have to have, if you applied for one of low income and no longer available you have to modify your app. if you have not been contacted since 2016, it is possible that you did not follow up on your application, provide a valid email to receive notifications.
