Just toured the building with Daniel. He was courteous, knowledgeable and sincere. Usually NYC brokers can be pushy and hard-sell prospective tenants on their unit, but Daniel was pleasant and informative. It’s rare to find real estate professionals who are easy to trust. The building and units looked fantastic and I am definitely considering it, especially because of how pleasant the walk-thru experience was.

Hello Jackie, the tenants have free access to both roof decks and our quiet lounge. The gym, pool and party lounge are $50 per month, per tenant. The parking is also paid; however, it is operated by a third party.
