I recently applied with Holtzman Real Estate Services, Kandy Ripley is one best managers I have worked with. All of the homes that I looked at were very nice. I have been house hunting for new properties for awhile with no luck, Kandy accepted, verified and kept the line of communication open and transparent and 48hours later found a new home. We do suggest for you to obtain a policy as the homeowners insurance only covers the dwelling. Your personal items are not covered by their policy. Your policy may also cover some accidental damage done by you or your guest such as, a broken window.

Story time on holtzman personal experience regarding out inspection. Let me know. Because ill be having mine shortly. Need to be prepared for the BS. 😂

They will still expect it. They charge you even if they are closed and they didn't put out a notice! Holtzman is crooked!

MOST IMPORTANT - Respond to the charges and dispute them within three days. If you do not, you have forfeited your right to disagree and must pay all charges. 1) Make sure every shelf of every cabinet is bare. They will charge you a removal fee if you do not. 2) Pull out the fridge and clean behind and under it including the baseboards and walls. 2) Remove dust from all light fixtures/fans. Clean every window track (the area between the window and the screen). 3) Mow/rake/weed the day before the out inspection. Take pictures to prove you did. The inspector lies and will say you require full lawn service even if you do. He did this to us, but we had the charge removed thanks to pictures. 4) Trim back hedges and edge with an edger. 5) If you have pets be sure to get the flea treatment from their approved company. Clean carpets with their company. The lying inspector is a former 1SG. Treat it like a really anal barracks inspection with an NCO who is out to get you, which he is...
