Wow what an absolutely wonderful experience. I wasn’t even planning on going into the store but I figured why not. As fate would have it, I met Leslie! She is an absolute superstar. She’s very knowledgable, passionate and one of the kindest SA you’ll ever meet. I’ve been to so many places.. brushed off and basically swept out the door. Leslie and I had a great conversation and she showed me all the different pieces. I told her what I wanted and she Took down my information. I eventually got the call and right in the knick of time. My wedding is in 2 weeks and she came through BIG TIME. My first Rolex! I’m in awe. It’s so beautiful. I am so grateful!!! Thank you Leslie!!!!!!!! I’m def gonna be back! YOU ARE THE BEST! !!!!! Also, their doorman, I didn’t catch his name is the nicest guy. Goes beyond the scope of his responsibilities. Remembered my name when another SA asked as I waited for Leslie. GREAT STORE! Highly recommended.

Visited this store yesterday and met with Alana to discuss watch options. My chosen watch is in short supply but this did not deter Alana from offering courtesy, professionalism and product knowledge than far exceeded any expectations. You hear of some unpleasant experiences at Rolex stores but Bucherer are the exception to this reported norm and I will be very happy to buy from them when they contact me. The pleasant atmosphere in the store would indicate that Alana works as part of a top notch team that obviously value customers both new and old…acquaint yourself with a watch dealer whose input matches the quality of their product range!!

Klaus is the absolute best in the business. I first walked into the boutique a little more than 2 years ago and we instantly connected. I felt welcomed and cared for, he took the time to talk about the pieces I was interested in, we joked around and felt as if I was at home talking to one of my buddies. I even walk in there from time to time just to chat. Since then he’s helped me with 3 of the pieces I wanted to add to the collection. I can’t wait to add more. Thanks so much for being you buddy.
