My husband had been looking to purchase a Patek Philippe 5524g which is quite difficult to find in our country. Working with Elan made this investment so simple and pleasurable despite the distance factor. We had regular and productive communications and a video call in place of a face-to-face meeting where we had a chance to not only see the timepiece, but also receive a virtual tour of his boutique.
