Absolutely the worst Hardee’s I’ve been to and if they weren’t on my way home I’d never have stopped. They have a very limited menu, they always get the orders wrong, and they just don’t care. The cleanliness or lack thereof is astounding. We’ll never eat there again.

I stopped there during a trip and it was early am, so ALL the food should be freshly made. The cinnamon raisin biscuits were hard as a rock. The clerk said fresh ones were just put in oven but when I Waited over 5 Mins. For "FRESH" ones, they were NOT much different then the first. Very flat and hard, DEFINITELY NOT like the ones I get from my hometown Hardees Lake City FL, and other hardees I have been to also. This place in VA, for Sure!! WINS THE WORST HARDEES AWARD . The "cook" was also very RUDE when I overheard him saying to the clerk the 1st order was good. I rate them a NEGATIVE Star rating of -5 👎👎

Possible or it's to dirty to clean
There is a shield at the drive-thru window the people inside are all wearing safety mask I didn't go inside I normally use the drive-thru but they seem to be a lot of plexiglass at the counters from what I could see from the drive-thru window so I assume they are pretty much following protocol. I've eaten there twice in the last couple of weeks and both times they were following the rules as far as I could tell so I feel that the food that's coming from there seems to be safe .
