Not to speak ill of this establishment but just Hardee's in general no one just up and goes there because they love it, but them monster burgers are definitely under appreciated.

Just served my food, yet was already let down beforehand so I didn't expect much. What a waste is my first impression. A great American food chain and I finally had some money to treat myself. When I arrived the store was empty except for a few team members huddled around their fearless leader. The floor being unswept, the soda needing syrup or something, and I made my order and a cook scrambled to the back to hopefully make my Frisco combo fresh as I expected. The soda line is dirty, the cook checks his phone for one last, I imagine job offer before digging into the grind? I'll let the pic do the rest of my speaking and I can salvage the rest of this Titanic failure of Downtown Richmond. Thank you to the polite staff member for doling out two ketchup packettes for my short and cold fries that are the end of a last batch. I'd expect to see this establishment closed in six months or less.

This place should be condemned. Nice employees but quality of food is terrible. Sliders came still mooing🐄 and wish I had french fries. These must have been Greek fries because they weren't french fries. The tables were dirty, floors had wet floor signs down but floor was still dirty. My son went to the bathroom and thought the dirt would attack him at the stall. Even the wetfloor sign was filthy. I think a homeless person wouldn't visit the restroom to get a quick cleanup. I was here with my family to grab a bite before a movie. Employees were nice but this place could use a demo and restart. I don't know why this place is like this but it is NOT in a too bad of area. VCU students and industry area.
