Didn't stay here. Visited my children who spent the night there on their yacht. Seemed like a nice place

This was the second time our family stayed at Tween Waters. It is just steps away from the beach where you can enjoy swimming, jet skiing, parasailing, sunsets and more. On the bay side, you have access to kayaks, or can dock your boat there. The pool area is large and the water is nice and cool during the hot summer months. The bar has great signature drinks as well as your regular bar fare. You can also order food from their menu. There is a restaurant onsite called Old Captiva House which is quite tasty as well. We plan to be back next year.

What a slice of heaven! It is a beach resort so you have to expect sand in everything, a few wild creatures, and gorgeous scenery. We took our 130 pound Great Pyrenees and spent three nights in their Frangipani cottage. It had a screened in porch, one room with a bed and a bathroom. It was very close to the center of the resort. The pool and restaurant were only a few steps away. There was an extra charge for dogs. The kayaks and bikes were included. They’re not the nicest bikes or kayaks but they’re free. We saw dolphins, manatees and lizards from the resort. There are two pools. One is a serenity pool, no kids allowed. The beach is right across the 2 lane street. You’re biking distance to the bubble room, walking distance to great beaches and driving distance to Sanibel. For me it is a slice of paradise. Now, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. If you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton that is not the vibe. If you’re looking for a tropical, beachy, loaded drink kind of place this is it. Do try the “Lava Flow” from the pool bar. The Tween Water Tea was another favorite. It has been my favorite place on Earth for 20 years

Yes, you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you are a resort guest or day pass holder.
Yes, certain breeds are in certain rooms with a pet fee. Call to reserve a pet-friendly room.
It's no-see-ums, they have a great all-natural spray at the Pelican's Roost within the marina.
They have carry out available at Crow's Nest for dinner and Old Captiva House for breakfast and dinner. They do not offer food delivery to the room.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suites that had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and barstool counter top. These were recently remodeled. It was clean, staff was friendly. We also had a screened in patio over looking pool. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!'
Yes, they have electric hook-ups. The prices vary, but are on their website under the "dock" menu.
Yes you can get a day pass , I think it is about 50 dollars. Nice place to go
