My husband and I are retiring in 4 years and wanting to spend 3 or 4 months there in Florida every year, do you have special rates for that length of time?

No. We tried to rent a cottage for 2 months and it was between 450 and 550 a nite.. call Captiva rentals. They have good places to rent.

Not sure but I think I asked and they said no. They have good rates between Nov. 23 thru Dec 20.. But is a very nice place to visit. Just watch using credit card system is screwy.
