Hampton Inn Madison Huntsville Airport

We stayed at this hotel in late July 2022. We had stayed here in July 2021 and it was a great experience. Our 5 nights in 2022 were below mediocre. The front desk staff was surly, or promised things they didn't deliver and even told us they couldn't provide housekeeping services that I requested. The stairwell floors were disgustingly dirty, the hand sanitizers were empty and so filthy I wouldn't touch them (my husband told me they were empty :P) One of the wash cloths they provided in the room was so stained I wouldn't have used it as a rag. NOT Hampton Inn quality at all. Find another hotel!!! I know I will.

Service is amazing, rooms were clean perfect temperature, very family friendly and not too expensive. The area surrounding is really nice as well and they have a warm breakfast up until 10 am available

Had an issue with the flow put bed however staff was very fast to offer solution. Beautiful place but fire place area tucked away... not even sure if was usable. Staff was great, we used the pool and they kept watch on radar and kept us updated

The location is incredible, this hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes to I-565. The breakfast is pretty good, the biscuits are AMAZING! However, they only clean the rooms 1 time per week. This means you have a mountain of dirty towels in the bathroom, or you put them outside of the door in the hall for house keeping to pick up. They don't empty the trash either, so the guests have to find the hotel dumpster. The rooms are fine, the beds are fine, but the pillows are small and old.
