We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and spacious. There’s a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. The breakfast options are amazing and delicious. They have smoking rooms and best of all, they allow pets! There’s a restaurant on site which is only open after 5 pm. They even have a shuttle to take you anywhere you need to go..anywhere! Overall, this is absolutely the best Best Western Plus I’ve ever stayed.

Pros- The bed and bedding were super comfortable. We had a king executive & the room was spacious. Breakfast was ample. The pool and hot tub were a plus. Upon making a reservation, I let them know I needed a pack n play as I was traveling with a baby & they had it set up in the room for me when I arrived (Hiltons have never done that for me!) The front desk staff all went above and beyond to be friendly and answer any questions. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Cons- The rooms are under-maintained and outdated. The countertop that holds the sink in the bathroom was sagging so much I was worried it may actually fall off (pic attached). There were ants crawling all over the AC unit in my room. The luggage racks are all falling apart and need to be replaced. The pool area needs to be maintained better/more often. Around the hot tub was littered with cigarette butts from the night before when I took my children to swim in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel does have potential. It just really needs better maintenance and updating.

I would absolutely recommend this place. We had booked with a 3rd party that had (without telling me) booked us in a smoking room. When we called the hotel, they asked us if that was really what we had wanted, and if we would rather be in a non-smoking room. They were able to make that change for us, and they got us in about an hour and a half sooner than we had hoped! The breakfast is great, served every day!

Absolute cleanest rooms I've ever seen. Most amazing guest services and front desk women are the most polite and sweetest. These people go above and beyond. From housekeeping to front desk to bellman. Everyone and everything is phenomenal
