I don’t live here but I visited for the weekend and here is my impression: I agree the walls are paper thin, felt awkward cooking/eating breakfast while we could hear every part of someone’s shower and what he was saying. But the apartment itself is (my opinion) like the perfect hgtv grey, very luxe looking. Unsealed countertops are bold but they look amazing. Yes we heard the neighbors upstairs every second they were home but I think I’m used to that and drowned it out. The review stating that noise machines don’t drown it out I would debate with. Pool is amazing (saltwater). Some apartments balconies overlook a nice neighborhood (they can see you you can see them). The balconies are a nice size just wish the wood was stained or finished but it’s outside I get it. The actual bolt lock on the balcony door I thought was amazing too, the security vs a sliding door is wow. Who I stayed with didn’t put trash out for valet every day but the idea of the service is awesome. Obviously I don’t live here, so take this with a grain of salt, but if you can overlook the sound of others in & out of your home (upstairs), I think I would consider it worth it. Saw the comment about mice & they said they’ve never seen anything like mice. So take that as you will. If I lived in the area I would consider renting here for sure.
