I asked for cream and sugar in 2 coffee orders this morning. Both drinks did not have sugar. Unfortunately, messing up the coffee orders at this location is becoming a regular occurrence. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to making my own coffee and putting it in the Yeti, or take my business back to Starbucks.

First time dining in this Dunkin's location for Breakfast in HUNTSVILLE-AL. I usually order their English muffin eggs and coffee, it was tasting amazing like always. This location is nice they have plenty seating areas inside and outside, very comfortable chairs. The service was fast employees were very kind,sweet and friendly. The restaurant was clean but I think they can do much better.. Overall we had a good breakfast after our long trip.

I understand how stressful it is to work around the holidays in food service as I have done it for many, many years. I was extremely upset about my experience at Dunkin’s today. I ordered my drinks and sat for about 15 minutes before I went to the counter to check on my drinks as many other customers had ordered after me and already got their drinks. When I went to the counter one of the girls with brown hair literally said “Why is this chick looking at me?” And then yelled for the guy that took my order. They asked me if I had ordered drinks, which I literally just had ordered 4 drinks. I had to provide my receipt for them to make my drinks. As I waited I heard two of the girls calling a woman in the drive through a “b****” with a FULL restaurant. After hearing this a couple in line just straight up walked out. This is absolutely inappropriate. You give people in food serve a bad name!! I can’t explain how ridiculous the service here was. Please let these people go or retrain them. I’ve waited 35 minutes now for 4 drinks and I’m still waiting! I tried to find a number or way to contact the manager of this store, but had no luck. Such a shame!! The only person who gave me any hope as a sweet boy named David! He was the one that stopped and made my drinks. Apologized to me multiple times and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Please train the rest of your staff like him!!

Let me start by saying 40 minutes is a bit excessive. I'm sure they were doing all they could. Every where is short staffed when it comes to restaurants. The news has been reporting this. Also a major shortage in truck drivers. They were probably telling you the truth. As a country we all need a little patience with everyone. Enjoy your breakfast. Enjoy your drive. Turn up the music. And be thankful for the money to even stop by Dunkin this morning and for the people who were there making sure they could open their doors for you.. May your day be filled with promptness. And may your smile return as you are blessed in ways you don't seem to recognize yet.

Stupid is correct. They might as well drop the word 'DUNKIN' too. Because not all their offerings are to be dunked nor doughnuts or drinks you can use for dunking.
