My wife --- diagnosed Alzheimer's --- from bathroom flooded two bedrooms, two closets, linen closet, shared hallway, and into the living room. Servpro of venice came quickly with a team and a dozen pieces of equipment. Within 2 days, everything was dryed out and ok. I was really impressed. The cost was less than I thought it would be.

Called when I had a flooded closet from a toilet and they couldn't come out until the next afternoon so I said I was going to try and get someone to come sooner. Called back the next day because I couldn't and they said they, "were not interested" when I asked why he said because I had called the day before and told them I would try to find another company. Incredibly rude in our time of need! Avoid this company.

This is a company that I hope no one ever needs, but if you have an emergency, this is the company to use. Not only are they fast, they understand that you’re in a vulnerable place, and will NOT take advantage of you like so many companies today will. I can’t give them enough praise for how wonderful my experience has been. It really is “Like it never even happened.”

Estimates are free. We provide estimates for water damage, fire damage, remediation, Covid-19 cleaning, decontamination and other cleaning projects. An on-site inspection may be necessary. Please contact us for more information.
Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
Hello Robert; Yes, we will come out to do an evaluation of the job if it is a non-emergency call and during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET). If we are called out for a water damage as an 'emergency service call' or after hours, there may be a minimum charge.
