I’d give zero stars if I could. Rudest lady in the office. No people skills at all. I’m a trucker who’s here because I ran out of drive time. Asked if I could park my truck outta the way and was flat turned down…after she charged me $138 + deposit, which I don’t understand as I’m from Georgia. Lights don’t work in bathroom? Remote doesn’t work and all the drawers are hanging out and can’t be pushed back in. Avoid this place. Terrible.

First off I am a truck driver my truck broke down, the only place that ha room available that night before I flew home. Walls had holes in them I was afraid to lay down on bed had weird smell. I also had to put a deposit down. Which a wk later I still haven't received deposit back, so I called the lady was really rude said they had nothing to do with the deposit, excuse me miss but you all required deposit so obviously you had something to do with it. Which I already called my bank and confirmed with them that the motel still had hold on deposit, once I said that I was hung up on LoL wow. You already won by me paying for the dumpsters you call rooms why steal my deposit for to ad insult to injury. Definitely reporting you all.

This place is so horrible. Nasty beds, room smells, roach infestation. I called the receptionist and asked if she can give me more more sheets, she told me that she doesn’t have any sheets and that the room is clean. I explained to her that the bed was not cleaned , it had hair on the bed and dirt spots on the sheets, so he got loud with me and called me out of my name and hung up the phone. I went to the office and she told me that I can leave, I asked her for a refund and she told me I needed to go through the third party that I used that she could not print anything out for me. So I reached out to the third party they explained that it is up to the hotel, well they reached out to the hotel and they told them that the lady offered me another room and I declined.(which was a lie) so now they are not trying to give me a refund.

Positive: The only thing I can say for a positive was that the bed was very comfortable. Negative: There was no elevator and the patrons were seemingly on the shady side. I did not feel comfortable staying there. I also had to lug my luggage up to flights of stairs. If there was supposed to have been a free breakfast included I never knew about it.
