Giving one star because there is no option to leave zero stars. I had an appointment booked several months in advance for my wedding day. The appointment was for an updo and makeup. I found out 4 days prior to my wedding that they had to cancel my appointment because they no longer had anyone to do it. They advised me to start looking elsewhere. The conversation ended with me being hysterical and Gina telling me that she would speak to her manager and call me back later on that same day. I found myself frantically searching for another salon to do my hair and makeup—a difficult task 4 days before my wedding and homecoming weekend. Gina never did return my phone call. I had to call her the next day to figure out what was going on. She told me that they were in fact able to fulfill my appointment, but at that point I had already found someone else. I felt like they should have found a resolution to the problem prior to calling me. In the end, it wasn’t anything I even needed to stress over. Casal’s is widely known in the area to provide services to brides and their lack of empathy or ability to problem-solve ultimately lost not only myself, but several other clients who have been going there for years. Would definitely not recommend for anyone who has a special day! I was fortunate enough to find services for my wedding day elsewhere on such short notice, but this could have ended in a total disaster should I not have been so lucky.

It's nice to know that the employees have so much free time to go on dating sites to mess with people's lives. Hope you get the help you need "Dana" with the twins. Other than that the place seems great

Went in for waxing to try a new place and I got Tracy! Her prep work is AMAZING and I felt so taken care of. She was very thorough too. She got herself a new client!

One hour massage was AWFUL. It was closer to half an hour, and I left feeling exactly the same. I was told they had a matte nail polish top coat, and the one they used on me definitely was not. My polish chipped the next day. I also believe they charged me $70 more than they should have. They told me they would mail me out a copy of the bill (why can't it just be emailed?) and they never did. Will never go back
