Don’t fall for the charming introduction. My daughters photos were taken in October 21 and it is now January 22.- Paid in full and only approx half of package received.Communication will drop after she receives your complete payment and if you do happen to speak , various excuses will be given as to why you don’t have your complete order. She didn’t give the school my daughters senior picture for the school yearbook and it is past deadline. . I was promised to receive the rest of the photos this week . She won’t respond to texts or calls . Senior year is kinda of a big deal. My family is really upset There are other complaints of theft from this studio . I will be filing a lawsuit. Do your research !

Over 3 months and I still do not have my complete (paid up front) order. While I was definitely pleased with the portraits, there are many areas that could use improvement. For the most part, the staff was helpful and acted in a friendly manner. They were lacking in returning phone calls, emails & texts inquiring about my order. I now have reminders on my calendar to contact them regularly until I have my order is completed. In their defense, they were having family issues; however, over 3 months (pushing 4 months) to complete an order is not acceptable for any business. They are quick to schedule appointments and for ORDERING pictures. They are very assertive to have payment up front, which I have always done. (They offer a few wallets to compensate for this assertiveness.) The prices are higher than what I have found elsewhere, but I used this company anyway because of the beautiful portraits.
