Waited 2 months for them to call so I can schedule an appointment. Now I have permanent nerve damage from my carpal tunnel and have no feeling in most of my fingers. They finally called and I was at the Vets office with my dog. Tried to call back and you cannot speak to anyone. You have to leave a message in order to make an appointment. Its been a week and no call.

I had a real problem with the staff at the urgent care. All they did was complain about every person that came in and get mad at someone if it wasn't something life threatening. They need to be more aware of the people who they have in the waiting room when they talk because it made everyone, including myself who had a legitimate issue that needed fixed, uncomfortable. Staff, including the PA Alex, was not pleasant and pretended to be nice and as soon as the door closed they immediately started talking bad about every patient. I thought these people signed up to help people to complain about each patient that came in. Extremely unprofessional. It makes me wonder if they even cared to fix my injury.

I am very pleased with Dr. Miladore. He was my surgeon for my wrist surgery, and I continue to see him for my post-op appts. Dr. Miladore is very professional, and I have the utmost confidence in him. I am also very pleased with Hope, in the OT Dept. My complaint is with someone I spoke to today, when I called the appt line. I greeted “Karen,” identified myself, said I was a patient of Dr. Miladore’s, and was trying to give the reason for my call. Karen interrupted me, rudely, in the middle of my sentence, to ask for my birthdate. I was so taken aback by it, that I told her that she was rude. She then passed me on to someone else, named “Heather,” who was very kind and professional, and assisted me with changing my appt. I don’t make a habit of leaving negative reviews; I only do so when I believe it is warranted, and I thought it was warranted, today. I honestly think Karen owes me an apology. I thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Youngstown Orthopedics does not require a referral. They will also do their best to get you in quicker if you have already been diagnosed with a serious injury. I had previously had an MRI completed which revealed a torn rotator cuff and they got me in within a week as a new patient.
I think they are 8 am to 4 pm. Look on the website or call them. Hope this helps
