You got to arrive before 10 am in order to find a place. Tiny lot wit a capacity of less than 40 vehicles. $10 fee flat

There are 2 parking lots one for $8 but it gets full QUICKLY! The other is $12 but has plenty, we parked at the $12(had no choice).

Yes, you need to pay. The South Beach lot is much smaller than the one at Tiger Tail, so it fills up pretty quickly. You will want to get there early in the day to ensure you get a spot.
