Dorgelino is the best! In an emergecy, ordered a refrigerator and dishwasher on Tuesday and both were delivered and installed on Friday that same week. He was a great help.

Nobody seems to be watching to see that customers are helped when they walk in the door in any particular order you just kind of mull around till somebody helps you but somebody might walk in before that and get help because it's not like a Walmart where you just grab a box and go to the cash register you stand and look at the TV till somebody helps you. The prices and selection seemed good

All employee's are to be masked at all times while inside the building. Frequently sanitizing their hands. There is time at the beginning and end of each day to sanitize all high touch areas. Typically wiping things down throughout the day as well. Signs that say "Please wear a mask" indicating they would like you to wear one, but do not require it.

Bill Smith does sell Samsung appliances you will need to call them to make sure they have one in a gas, they may need to order it for you call the Fort Myers Bank Street location
Unfortunately there's really not a standard size. You could have anywhere from 28-36" wide, 28-36" deep, and 67-72" high. The best thing to do is call into the store with a model number of your existing unit so a salesman can compare specs.
Poor customer service. I would take my business elsewhere! They don't stand behind what they sell!
