No. You will still need to pay the daily rate unless you have a CC beach sticker.
I have a disability placard and we still had to pay...because none of the stalls are marked with numbers I believe that means everyone has to pay...you pay and put receipt on dashboard...I would not run the risk of getting ticket or worse getting towed...there are only 4 handicap stalls

My wife has a disabled parking tag and a Collier County beach sticker. There are not many handicapped spaces there. It's really the Collier County pass that qualifies for the free parking. Go early!!
