As the person amongst my friends comfortable driving a van or truck, I've been involved in a decent number of moves in the past 3 decades, both cross town and multi-state. I'm not going to lie, U-Haul hasn't always been great (PA to TX move, 2001; Levittown to Bristol, 200x). My experience here, though, was very good. The truck was there when it was supposed to be, it was in decent operational condition, the staff were friendly, and the process was smooth. No hidden fees. I don't know what more I could ask.

Adele is very easy to work with and has great prices. We used enterprise before and they ripped us off big time, so far this guy definitely has been the easiest to use as far as rentals go. I'd highly recommend this location specifically. Whenever we had to extend bookings it was always easy. I was genuinely surprised by his pricing and originally assumed we would get ripped off coming from past experiences with other rental companies, but every time we get billed it's more of a sigh of relief rather than a sigh of grief. Definitely go here if you need a rental.

Rented a trailer from them never received a reservation number due to location already closed I called 1800gouhaul about returning it uhaul them self told me there is no after hour drop off for trailers due to the risk of unhooking wrong or if something goes wrong u haul also told me that I would have not been charged the extra day because of this. The location has sence charged me the extra day and threatened to call the cops on me while I was on phone dealing with my rental through uhaul do not go to this location guy is very rude and got mad when I said I shouldn't be charged the extra day and that uhaul also told me that info also business hrs suck there so be ready to be screwed over on your rental too also he charged my card and came and unhooked my uhaul wile on phone with uhaul it's self I told him I technically have that rental for another hour or two due to the fact it's 24 hr rentals also he didn't have any marking on parer that stated pre existing damage I had to take pic before I left u haul is looking into this as he said he was calling the cops on me for being in lot after he disconnected the trailer hope that location shuts down trailer was beat up also
