the staff is incredibly rude and threats patients very badly. while i understand their frustration with overbooked waiting room and overwhelming walk ins , in no way these have the right to treat me this way

Was a walk in patient and I was called in at a reasonable time frame and staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would give the East Stroudsburg, Pa location a negative 100 if it were possible. I had three unpleasant experiences at two separate times all from different people and representatives, which was unfathomable that each experience could top the next. The first experience I made an appt, but failed To bring in the blood work order. Despite what the claims of the recording you hear over six times, no one was willing to help me obtain the needed documentation either off of my phone via the client portal where the doctor placed the order or via the communication devices they have on site. I was told immediately upon not having any documentation that I needed To use the fax machine to have the doctor fax it over. But it was stated to me in a demanding matter of factly tone that I Did not take to kind to. In a last ditch effort I stormed out of the site extremely angry, but more determined to save my liberty than anything else. I calmed down and contacted the doctors office to obtain a printed copy of the order. I decided I will go in after an appt in the area. I arrive to the office at 9am, there are three people in the waiting area. I approach the check in kiosk as I am directed by the signage. I sign it and am given an est. time of service of three minutes. I sit down and as expected they call the three in the waiting room one at a time. Once the last person comes out and exits the site. I sit there for several minutes and someone with an appt enters. They take the person rather quickly, which again is expected. The patient leaves within minutes, and again I am left sitting in the waiting room unattended. I begin to get frustrated and contact my insurance company for another location that accepts my insurance. That phone call was able to be achieved and ended and they still had not called me. At 9:45 I get up and walk out, and received no call from Quest stating they were ready for me. I get home a hour and fifteen minutes later and still no call. I call the local office, listen to a message several times and am ultimately disconnected due to no avail reps. I call the corporate number and am on hold for 25 minutes. I ask the rep to provide the contact information for the corporate complaint department. She gets quiet, after a few seconds of silence I say hello to ensure I was not disconnected after waiting for so long, And I am met with attitude instead of the answer to the question I posed. After a few minutes the rep asks for my name and phone number, after which I now ask her if she is taking the complaint. She responds yes, takes more info and as I am explaining the situation never apologizes for the poor experience and went a step further and attempted to validate the reason for my experience without hearing me out, and fully listening. I had to inform her rather loudly that I did not need her to explain anything to me because she was not present and I reiterated that there was no one in the waiting area waiting for service but me, and that there was no excuse for the lack of professionalism that I encountered. She referred me to the location for resolution, but that too can be to no avail, especially if the issue rests with mgmt. Anyone expecting to be treated with empathy, humility, and professionalism to say the least need not patronize this location, because you will not get it there. It is my hope that corporate addresses the issue so that people in need of service do not feel the way I felt on more than one occasion.

Hands down the WORST Quest I have ever seen in my lifetime. I am 22 weeks pregnant and I didn’t have an appointment so I understood there would be wait time, the check in screen said I’d be waiting 51 minutes, I get a text an hour later that they are ready for me and waited another hour after. I’ve been waiting a total of 2 hours and still have not been seen yet, I told the ladies working that I am pregnant, and feel nauseous from fasting for over 12 hours. They said if I am not an appointment I am not a priority. I am extremely offended I have waited this long and they still have done nothing to let me be seen. I am never coming back here again, and I really think someone should consider looking into this since it’s the most unprofessional health setting I have ever been in. The staff is AWFUL! They were so unprofessional and very argumentative!
