I come here every Tuesday to buy a lot of tabbacco products for my place of employment. The owner is such a nice guy. He always helps me out! I watch how he interacts with other customers and he's very caring and and honest and he makes sure his customers are very well taken care of and get quality products. They also have the biggest variety of tobacco products and all your tabbacco needs. All of his coworkers are great and very helpful as well, especially the cute woman with the crutch. I've had nothing but 100% great customer service and best quality and variety compared to any tabbacco stores in the Poconos. 5 stars!

I love this tabacco shop it's the only one I go to the lady there is very nice and her husband too everyone there is very polite and helps you with anything even a question...they have you try the vapes before you leave the store if it don't work they give you a new one on the stop over all 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for me thank you all for supporting our area

This place has some intense variety with unbelievable prices on a couple things. Both of which would be positives, if it wasn't for such poor organization. For my ND self, the disorganization paired with an intense variety of very similar products seems like a form of marketing created to overwhelm a person in order to encourage more impulse purchases. Then they have a strict no refund/exchange policy, which given the state of the shop ends up feeling like a risk not worth taking; especially after today. I made the mistake of not checking products closely in store only to get home and find they had expired. In this case, nearly two years! Super annoying, but easy to understand given how the place is run. Seems best to only use this place to buy product with a quick turnover, like cbd gummies/mainstream smokes - not vape juice or anything else with a limited ideal shelf life. It's a real shame too. At first I thought I'd found a local gem, but after exploring their offerings these last two years this has been my experience.
