Currently most of the world is on covid lockdown, but not ARCpoint labs. The staff do not wear masks, nor do they wash or sanitize their hands before making physical contact with patients and their possessions (e.g. my wife's phone). There is no social distancing in the waiting room, nor sanitizer on view. There is no sign or any acknowledgement of the covid pandemic anywhere. When I asked the owner Michelle Bratcher whether she thought this was appropriate for a front-line medical facility during a global pandemic, her response was, "You THINK there is a pandemic."

The Richmond VA ARCpoint Labs does NOT do any COVID testing. Sorry.
If you wish to do the collection yourself you can come by and pick up a kit and then drop it back off to us.
We do not offer ancestry dna testing. We recommend 23 and me.
