Prince George’s County Office of Child Support

I have been trying to get my "caseworker" to respond to me by phone since March 18th! When I call it is a call center representative that sends an email to the caseworker and says to wait 2 business days. They even escalated it to a complaint and said a supervisor would contact me. Still no response. How do you get help from the Maryland Dept. Of Child Support???

Quite true unfortunately. My fiance and I have had various issues with contacting service workers in that location. We have had to use alternative means to contact and or make appointments but I'm sure that covid-19 has played a major role in the discontinence of service. I hope as restrictions left continents of service will return.

Yes u can apply for any service u need.

Report your income change. And they should adjust the amount you pay. Save your stubs or have your job print a letter stating you work part time. In case they need proof.

U need the official court order signed by judge. Employer info, possibly a pay stub, childs birth cert, ss card and ur case # if u have it. And ur dl

Apparently, a year and some months. That is how long I have been waiting and still waiting! You can't get in touch with anyone.

my child mother is getting child suport , up to 500.00 a mouth, my daughter on the other hand cant get her hair done, dont have clean undies, ay six years old, she is one hundres fifty pounds, .
