I have been trying to get my "caseworker" to respond to me by phone since March 18th! When I call it is a call center representative that sends an email to the caseworker and says to wait 2 business days. They even escalated it to a complaint and said a supervisor would contact me. Still no response. How do you get help from the Maryland Dept. Of Child Support???
I do not think there are any actual people that work there.
I have the same issue, I have to been calling multiple times to get a call back from the case worker and have not received a call back not once. What is the problem? I have been waiting since November. I feel like i'm getting the run around.
