The front office does not except or return phone calls very unprofessional. Put two claims in for our dryer maintenance never came out to fix it, I had to end up fixing it with my own money, wont return phone calls about fixing our shower which is a health hazard. This place doesn’t care about there attends or there health.

When I first moved in loved the place it is quiet but management and maintenance are terrible everything Has to be to their accommodations they do not accommodate the residents at all They offered to clean my carpets but I have to take a day off of work for them to clean my carpet because they won’t cover it if it’s done on a Saturday even though the office is open on Saturday. I have been fighting for a year and a half regarding roaches the pest control does nothing to fix the issues. They come in for five seconds spray and whatever they spray does absolutely nothing.

Today I am so glad that I live here. The maintenance guys…John and Joshua were fantastic! John replaced the hood above the stove and now everything matches. And then to my total surprise, I got a knock on the door about an hour later and it was Joshua, and again with John to paint my entryway!!! I had been waiting for that to be done for a while so I’m very happy about that. And then if that were not enough they painted the patio as well! I can’t thank them enough. They are so polite and professional. This whole thing really made my day. Thanks guys! Everyone who works here always go above and beyond. Paul
