My experience was soo exhausting and disappointing with other locations and dealers and salesmen ..but I gave this location a chance …I met Clinton and he was like an older brother to me ! Amazing customer service , listening to exactly what I was looking for without wasting my time , recommending certain key pointers that would benefit me .He got me into my dream car Kia stinger GT ..I damn near broke Down at the desk when he came back with the approved deal .Perfect example of a wholesome person ..he’s is amazing !!I recommend Kia north (I don’t know about all other salesman there) but go see Clinton ..you won’t regret it!!!

Absolutely horrendous service. My wife has a 2014 Kia Forte and barley has 65,000 miles on it however, apparently, the car is consuming too much oil because we are having to add some every week. We have made several appointments for a bogus “oil consumption test” and were told today that by “Kia Standards” in order for them to honor our obvious warranty, they can’t do anything about it because they require a 1.0 oil loss and we have lost 0.75 despite them changing it just a few days ago. The managers are not helpful and lack direction, customer service, and basic knowledge of courtesy. The manger, Theo, literally told us that the engine would have to blow before they can do anything about it, verbatim. Mind you my kids ride in this car daily. Make no mistake, I understand that many companies have policies in place before they can honor warranty’s however, this is clearly a safety hazard and should require appropriate action but to no avail. The most appalling thing about this situation is, they are well aware of this issue with their vehicles and still try to wiggle their way out of culpability. This issue is well documented. In fact, there have been class action lawsuits regarding this. It’s hard to believe that any corporation can show such ineptitude. People just won’t simply do the right thing and it’s a damn shame. This place is shameful. Currently seeking legal counsel.
