CFST’s Orange City location is awesome! The staff is very friendly and the environment is very welcoming. My son gets occupational and speech therapy and he loves his time spent weekly. Ms. Xiena and Ms. Vee are wonderful teachers!

Giving 2 star just because of the receptionist, the way of speaking is rude, thier policies are also ridiculous. The patient is late for 5 mins also then its a crime, but the therapist comes late outside its ok, the therapist can have other appointment and go on vacation and cancel you appointment but the patient has no right to cancel the appointment. The session is supposed to be for 30 minutes but they end up in 25 minutes. Some therapist don't even give updates as to what they are working on with the patient.

I will start this off saying that MARY KATE (OT) is hands down the best OT we have ever worked with. She is constantly going above and beyond by researching and reading books about my son’s specific needs to learn how to help him. She follows his interests and brings such creativity, fun, and joy to his sessions. She works on fine motor and sensory as well as emotional regulation all in one fun hour long session. She is just amazing! We also see Jenn for speech for my daughter and she is so fun and knowledgeable - she can get so much helpful work done in 30 minutes! She really knows her stuff! Such cool speech games and fun interactive ways to get my daughter to interact and have fun talking! Only one small issue is the waiting room is very loud during busy times as therapists come out to talk to some parents after so that is very loud and my sound sensitive kiddos find it a bit overwhelming- but that’s the ONLY flaw we have found. The front desk staff are so kind and the owner is easily reachable by email. Over all a great place to be!
