One star is being generous as to the alternative of being a 0 is not an option. Drove hours to get here, as words were clearly & specially exchanged. Just to get to the dump of a lot and all bets were off. A complete and total waste of time. Not going to waste my time going into depth but you get the jist of where this is going. 0/10 do not recommend. “Swerve” auto speaks for itself.

One of the best services Ive ever had. All the vehicles in the lot are in pristine conditions and sold at unbelievably low prices. General Manager/ Owner Zac Goldberg’s outstanding professionalism made the process stress free and enjoyable. I feel deeply grateful with the deal I got in Swerve and recommend this place 100%.

Went in looking to buy a vehicle. Engine was cleaned on top, bumper was held on by zip ties along with several other cosmetic problems. Drove the vehicle, it rode smooth, until I tried to engage the 4 wheel drive. Stopped the vehicle in a parking lot, put it in neutral and switched to 4 wheel, it didn't want to switch then got clunky when I tried to drive, then shuttered until it clunked back into 2 wheel drive where it worked fine again. Took it back and informed Ryan of what happened so he aggressively showed me it works, when you go a foot or less. Glad I walked away but to get that aggressive over a vehicle, unacceptable.

Why do you have to take it to a mechanic it should be trustworthy vehicles. I got a Honda Civic from a used car lot definitely not this car lot.and I never had to go to a mechanic shop to see about anything about being fixed on the vehicle. And I had that car 10 years. I brought a Nissan Pathfinder from swerve Auto had that vehicle 3 weeks, put a new transmission and sold it. Like it should be fixed then sell. Just have a good quality vehicles and you won't get bad reviews. I'm not going to go on about how you should treat customer I don't have the time or patience.
We purchased a vehicle through Swerve and they were phenomenal! Very honest and trustworthy! There was an issue n with a car on the lot that we wanted to look at and they explained the issue up feont. We chose not to look at it but bought something else instead. We went back to purchase another car at a later date bc of the positive experience. However, that time we didn't find anything that we were interested in. We'd still go back in a heart beat!
