Walked in and it was empty. Ordered 2 coffees and toasted bread with butter. After 5 min two people walked in and ordered coffee. After a min both people got there coffee before us. While still waiting for the bread we ordered about 5 more people walk-in and ordered there food and still got faster service then what my wife and I received. We both felt discrimination.

No, Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday. This is a Colombian bakery, however you may ask for a concha bread which is Mexican.
