Rude, and dismissive. Don’t really seem to listen to concerns. The nurses who work the phones are usually so rude and miserable. No matter how nice you try to be to them they are snippy. Paper work is always “lost”. Never follow up with anything, I always have to make several phone calls to get answers or appointments set even when they say I’ll be receiving a call back. Doctors have misdiagnosed and made my kids do so much extra that wasn’t necessary. Only thing that is good about this place is you’re taken in at your appointment time and not left waiting. But once in the office they take forever and leave you in the room waiting forever.

I will never ever ever ever refer anyone to this office I heard from others and now I seen for myself what they do and treat US Liars and people would not give me my info and things I needed and I still have legal custody of my beautiful son Now they want me to pay for records Never did before now I do It's all money hungry and no Respect for the law it's a court or der If you are thinking of going here dont what wanted and should had don't do it run for the hillside I can't believe how these nurses are and a Dr Never had issues with them now we do What a shame Shame on all of you what you did and still doing run to his lawyer go ahead I will certainly try to do what I need I need about this whole hippa thing you did against the law
