Big O Tires

Had a flat tire and took it to Big O since we originally bought our tires from there. The original buying experience and replacement were good. However, they told me I needed a whole bunch of other repairs. I didn't super trust them so I took it to Jiffy Lube for a second opinion. They said everything Big O found could technically be considered true, but were things that probably wouldn't need to be replaced for a couple years. I wouldn't really trust Big O for anything but tires themselves.

Very disappointed I called for an appointment took my BMW trusting them to begin with they ordered the wrong part, never got a full quote from assistant manager, they took a 2 hour job and turned it into one day and half of waiting to complete strut service job Clint the manager never communicated, my car runs worst after the struts were serviced. I tried taking the car home only to return it to the shop to check why it was not able to go pass 40 mph now they took 3 hours more to say I needed more work ???? They didn’t test drive it? Everything went wrong with this place, I don’t trust them. I feel like they did damage to my cv axle that they say needs to be replaced now.

After neglecting my car for a couple years ,I was looking for a place I could depend on & confide in. I went in just after 8am when they opened & I asked them to help me prioritize my car's greatest needs. Didn't take long, within 20 min, Matt, my service writer, had multi-point inspection ready from the crew. He was very knowledgeable, professional, & mannerly. Treated me with respect & didn't talk down to me with some of my concerns. I heard his professional conduct as he fielded phone calls during the period of inspection as I waited. As the service was closing, the manager, Clint, took time to review my work order & the detailed information the technicians gathered, making sure his stewardship of staff oversight was taken care of. I had a set of tires, alignment, rear brake pads/rotors, & a break system flush completed in just a couple hours. I will definitely continue my clientship at this specific location.
