Buying the car was pretty painless and Harry was great in giving me all the detail I wanted about the car and I was happy with how I was treated there. I was also very happy with Harry keeping me in the loop about the status of the car before delivery and answering all my questions. I felt like going in there knowing exactly what I want was helpful and they never tried to get me to buy something I wasn’t looking for. They focused on a few options that fit what I was looking for, keeping it narrow but I’m the end got me exactly what I was looking for. One thing I don’t really appreciate being sort of forced into buying a bunch of warranties and while I may have gotten most of them regardless, it’s better to have the option for small things that I truly believe I won’t need. That however isn’t close to a big enough deal for me to not give them 5 stars. Also I’m editing this because I want to make clear that one of the services I had to get was a interior protection where they are going to physically apply some coating (from my understanding) to protect certain surfaces which is think is a great thing, still it would be nice to have options like I said. However with all that said they did offer very comparable out the door prices compared to other dealerships. Overall, very good experience.

I used to think this was the one service department that cared about their customers. I had an appointment 10/7 for routine maintenance + a check engine light. They gave me a loaner car and by the end of the day said they were still trying to diagnose the light and work it out with the warranty. By the following week I hadn't heard from them so called on 10/12. They told me the tech I had been talking to was sick. And that's why I'd recieved no updates but my car should be ready by the end of the week or the following week early on. So to me, based on what they said, it should have been ready by 10/17-10/19. It is now 10/24 and I have not recieved a single phone call text or any sort of update on my vehicle. I have called the service department and am not ever able to get through to speak with someone. I understand the industry is backed up right now and places are short staffed. But this pure lack of communication is unacceptable.
