has anyone purchased a warranty/treatment for the inside of their vehicle? i bought one at the dealer with the promise someone would call me from the service department to book a time for the treatment 3 weeks later... still no call.

Typically it does take a few weeks to schedule an opening for the application of the protection chemicals but it could be a flaw in communication on our part. We apologize and will look into it and reach out today.

Me and my wife got a warranty and we pay little extra so we don't need to pay for like oil changes break pads etc i would call them up and book a time while on the phone :)

Your car should come with the warranty if it's new I would just find a time and take it in and have them do it
