The only reason this will even have 1 star is because of the amazing sales person we worked with. Debbie was extremely helpful and answered all our questions through out the week we were working with her and deciding on a car. However, once we purchased our car it was a different story. We bought a 2020 Subaru Outback on a Friday evening and literally Monday morning, 2 days later it died on us in the middle of the street. Thankfully it was fixed for free but when you purchase a newer car you don’t expect it to die within days. We also owed about $170 at the time we purchased it due to a trade in and what we still owed on the car we traded. Our sale person made us aware of this but then when we went to the business office to completely all the paper work they said we only owed $70 that we happily paid since we were saving more than we thought. Well a week later I got a call saying we needed to come back and pay the remaining $100 because whoever helped us complete the purchase didn’t charge us correctly. We lived an hour away from the dealership so this was quite the inconvenience after also having to deal with the car breaking down and having to go take it in and pick it up not even 3 days earlier. And now just passed our 30 day return window the passenger window will sometimes not roll up. Lastly, we received our plates in the mail from Carmax but no registration tags so I went to the DMV to register the car where they said Carmax should have sent tags and the title with the plates. We never received either. Overall extremely disappointed with our service outside of the sales representative. Just hoping nothing else goes wrong with the car and thankful we purchased the extended warranty.

Honestly they'll work with anyone. I just bought my first car there and it was my first credit experience but it went well. I got a good car but a bad rate on it so I went and refinanced at a credit union and got a great rate. They'll work with you for sure it's your credit and the banks that are difficult
