Got there before they “opened” at 8am on Saturday. Waited close to an hour for the store manager to get there and he never showed to open up. I was told by a technician that was there also waiting that the manager has a hard time getting there on Saturdays and that we should go somewhere else. He stated that it’s not uncommon to wait until 9 am.

I went there for a wiper blade change. I brought a new set of wiper blades with me. The gentlemen there, changed the wiper blades for me in a flash, to add to my surprise they didn't charge me a penny for their service. I second some of the comments mentioning they are kind. They truly are kind. I trust them and will go back for any new servicing needs. Thanks guys!!!

Today was my first time with this location. It will be my last time! The cruise loud and obnoxious behavior screaming at the top of their lungs about firing one another and overall behavior left me less than comfortable trusting my vehicle with you.

I came in for a standard oil change and the day after I noticed my car started leaking oil, thinking my oil filter was not put back correctly I went back to get it fixed. After waiting 1-1.5 hours they came and told me the oil filter is fine but I have a leak in my trans oil pan gasket that has been there for a long time but somehow didn’t leak until now and sent me to an auto body shop. I took my car to a Volkswagen specialist who after inspecting my car said that jiffy lube applied my oil filter wrong and it needed to be applied in 2 place and they only did 1 hence why my car was leaking oil. The specialist said they see this all the time from quick oil places like jiffy lube. I then called jiffy lube to inform them of the situation to see if they could do anything to fix it and to make them aware of the situation but the manager told me the specialist is wrong and they can’t do anything and jiffy lube did not mess up my car yet the specialist deals more with my type of car and has more experience. I am very unpleased with how management handled this situation and that so much of my time was wasted for a mistake they made that they won’t fix. Even after the initial oil change they left my car dirty from removing and inserting air filters and left 2 rags under the hood of my car!
