By far the worst Gamestop that I have ever shopped or tried to shop. After calling multiple times and either being told by a recorded voice stating that all associates were busy and to call back or calling and being placed on eternal hold-- then being disconnected I drove to the store to see if they had the item I wanted to purchase. I honestly was expecting a line to be out of the door and the place packed with customers. There was one customer and two associates. Neither associate seemed willing to assist me nor did they offer a greeting or assistance when I walked in. I did make a purchase because I was pressed for time and did not want to go to another store but if time permitted I would have shopped elsewhere. Keep in mind when I called the location at Pablo Creek Plaza they answered the phone and offered assistance, they had the item I wanted however they are located on the other side of town and I could not get there by my deadline. The associates need a lesson in customer service, your employee are due for failure in life with this poor work ethic and lack of willingness to work. DO BETTER..
