I wish I could give a higher review. But this is purely due to the front desk staff and the dental side. The front desk is always so rude. I had my first dental appointment after having several wonderful appointments with my awesome NP Keedah Franklin. From the second I sat on the dental side I knew something was off. They were rushing, burned my gums and hurt me to the point I was crying. The hygienist asked if I was okay and then just kept going. I know for a fact she was being entirely too rough. Then comes the “doctor” who missed the abscess I told them three times that I had even though I had an existing tx plan from another doctor that I tried to show them!! Then she quickly ran out of the room before I had time to ask any other questions. Will never return. Not like they gave me a treatment plan or discuss any options With me AT ALL. Super disappointed considering I waited a month for that appointment and I’m in pain worse than before I went to my appointment!!

If I could give -5 stars I would. This clinic is a joke as far as healthcare is concerned. Specifically, Dr. Warren Fraiser and the entire diabetic care team at Open Health. I was diagnosed in 2020 with type one diabetes, I was referred to open health to manage my diabetes. For an entire year they gave me no education, guidance, or instruction as to how to manage my diabetes. They ordered me an insulin pump that showed up by UPS on my door step and I was on my own from there. I had blood work done maybe twice? My A1C was never checked, it’s just a complete joke that you call yourselves medical professionals. I asked them to give me a copy of all my medical records and to never contact me again.

There is still a disconnect between patients who need services through case management and social workers. When you have a need for say food, or rental assistance, or housing, there is seldom any money or assistance available. It seems like the money is gone faster than you can access it. I filled out an application for housing 2 years ago and I have yet to even get a phone call, an email or any acknowledgment from anyone! I am disabled and have a very meager income, I have been with HAART FOR many years but that doesn’t seem to matter. I have a genuine need and I know I qualify for assistance but yet I can’t get any help! Sad
