Sept 4th. 3:00 pm. I'm standing in Kohl's store in BR as I post this. I'm very soured at the Baton Rouge Kohl's today, as a long time good customer who spends money all the time. They had 2 identical shirts. One was in the clearance rack one on the regular rack. The size on clearance was my size, the regular rack was not my size. After 2 employees agreed they were the same shirt they Checked the UPC. UPC came back different even though the product was the same. I put back everything else I was going to buy, grabbed my girlfriend and leaving. It may be a while until I come back, if I come back. I know the store has SOP, but there was a mistake and they should of made it right!
