Apartments are very junky, especially for the price. Don’t be fooled by the lovely photos and intriguing descriptions. Appliances are worn down, cheap and dingy and they break constantly. The floors are glued sheet vinyl. Even though they are advertise as “hardwood” (which I was up charged for during my lease signing). Kitchen Cabinets are painted after every tenant vacates. Tubs and showers are painted with several coats of paint which chip and feel like sandpaper on your back when you lay down in it. Parking is a joke. Office staff is nice though.

The service in the front office always have been top for me. My kids love the pool and the gym. We love our little place. Suggestions: garbage control will be awesome, since when it rains the smell spread all around. Other: if you neighbor smoke I’m so sorry, the experience will be low rated. Thanks God my building is clean and free of smoke. But this depends on how luck you are. I’m so fortunate to have the best neighbors ever! My kids are a little noisy, that’s on me. We live in the first floor and we try our best to don not bother others. It is safe in general. The location is a plus.

I have lived here almost three years and the maintenance team is busy but very good at fixing any issues I have!!!! Chris and Devon are amazing! And since Corrinna took over its just improving! My kids make friends and I love the community! Not only in a great location with great schools but they maintain a beautiful property!!! Thank you for making us feel at home!!!

I have left several voicemails and maintenance requests over the past MONTH to fix my toilet and have yet to have someone come look at it. DONT RENT HERE! I have been having to use my roommates bathroom because mine won’t work because they won’t do their job and get mine fixed.
