We love Blue Bamboo! Chef Dennis has created an atmosphere that is welcoming and warm. The food is incredible and may be delivered to your table by the friendly Robot, Booey! Holly, Tina and all of the Blue Bamboo team make you feel welcome and pay attention to every detail.

Excellent service, we had no reservations but were able to accommodate a family of six very quickly. The owner make sure that we were seated quickly. Food was delicious the robot was entertaining to watch bring the food near the table. The dessert was delicious .

Blue Bamboo has always exceeded my expectations over the years. The food is absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere has always been great, but it is even more fabulous now in their new location on San Jose! The staff is always kind, knowledgable, and friendly- and that trickles right down from the owner and the manager. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
